In The Studio: “First Night With Mother”, Part 5 (Synth Brass Chorale)
A beautiful synthetic brass chorale, built note-by-note around a variety of unique handcrafted analog tones. The exact sounds in this track will never be recreated by anyone else on Earth.
In The Studio: “First Night With Mother”, Part 4 (Short Tonal Variations)
In which I use the Moog Mother-32 analog synthesizer to create 5 short tonal variations on a complex MIDI sequencer pattern. Give them all a listen – they’re short, and I saved the best one for last.
In The Studio: “First Night With Mother”, Part 3 (Nintendo Sequencer)
Working with variations on ideas from “First Night With Mother”, I created this densely-programmed sequencer riff that calls up J.S. Bach mixed with Super Nintendo.
